SUBSIDISED INSPECTION TOURS APPLY ONLY TO THE ORLANDO AREA.

Inspection trips originating are normally four days in duration, usually departing each Thursday morning, arriving back early the following Monday morning. However, this can be custom tailored to fit your personal schedule. All we require are your flight details, we will have a Chauffeur waiting for you at arrivals who will assist with getting you to your accommodation. Our aim is to provide you with as much detailed information as possible while you are in Florida.

A typical itinerary, includes the following:

• Viewing all of the leading communities and show homes, which offer the best value and provide the highest rental income and capital appreciation.
• Discussing the range of rental programs available and property maintenance with our management company.
• Meeting with our mortgage company to discuss the financing of your purchase.
• Meeting with the interior designers to discuss furnishings and finishes.
• Arranging for the opening of a Florida bank account.

A typical visit will include 3 nights accommodation at the Holiday Inn, Maingate West, paid by Abbey Global.

We will of course, reimburse up to $1000 towards the cost of the flight for our clients who purchase a new home through our company. This is paid within 5 business days of disbursement from the title company.

Free accommodation is only available when we arrange and book a 2, 3 or 4 day inspection tour.

Our inspection visits are intended to provide all those interested in the possibility of purchasing property in Florida, a clear, concise and complete understanding of all matters relating to home ownership in the state.

There is NO obligation to purchase during your visit, with strictly NO PRESSURE SELLING, but we would emphasize that these trips are specifically designed for people who are of serious intent and are therefore in a position to purchase, should they find a suitable property, which meets their requirements.
